HOW CAN I REGISTER?
Registrations are available on the enternow.it website
In the search bar, type the name of the event or a keyword to find the event.
IMPORTANT: to register, you must create or have a personal account on the enternow.it website
For all information regarding registration, visit the REGISTRATION page on the website.
WHEN DO REGISTRATIONS CLOSE?
The CLOSURE of online registrations will take place on April 27, 2022 .
It will also be possible to register on Friday and Saturday (before the event) at the EXPO area at a price of € 50.00 (21km), € 28.00 (10km competitive) and € 15.00 (10km non-competitive).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT
WHEN: Sunday MAY 01, 2022
TYPE OF RACE: 21,097km International approved by FIDAL and WA and 10km not approved (9,7km)
START - FINISH: External area Bentegodi Stadium (8.00 am - 21km) (9.00 am - 10km) - Bentegodi Stadium
EXPO: AGSM Forum - Piazzale Atleti azzurri D'Italia
TIME LIMIT: 3 hours (21km), 2 hours (10km)
TEMPERATURE: Average temperature min 12 ° C - max 23 ° C
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
Technical gadget and medal for the athletes who arrived;
medical assistance and insurance;
timekeeping (for competitive races) and participation certificate ;
refreshments ; (service that varies according to the Covid19 regulations in force on the day of the race)
pacemaker or assistance service for the 21km (as required by the dpcm in force on the day of the race)

HOW CAN I VERIFY MY REGISTRATION?
Click on VERIFY REGISTRATION
On the TDS website, enter your surname and first name in "Check registration status".
Check the status of your membership.
If it is not regular, log in to your account to check the problem and fix it.
HOW CAN I PRINT THE CONFIRMATION LETTER?
The CONFIRMATION LETTER will be sent by email 5 days before the event to all regular athletes and must be printed to collect the bib.
HOW TO PRINT THE CONFIRMATION LETTER?

WHEN CAN I COLLECT THE BIB?
The bib can be collected by presenting the printed CONFIRMATION LETTER, at the EXPO at the AGSM forum - Piazzale Azzurri d'Italia on the following days:
Friday April 29, 2022 - from 3.00p.m. to 8.00p.m. *(recommended day to avoid queue)
Saturday April 30, 2022 - from 10.00a.m. to 8.00p.m. *(recommended day to avoid queue)
Sunday May 01, 2022 - from 6.00 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. (for 21km) - from 7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. (for 10km)
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE STARTING GRIDS?
The start of the 21km will take place in waves (8.00 am - 8.05 am - 8.10 am), while the start of the 10km will be at 9.00 am (1st grid: competitive - 2nd grid: non-competitive)
To access the grid, it is necessary to arrive 20 minutes before the starting time to check: BIB, FACEMASK.
IMPORTANT: athletes who have started in different grids from those assigned will not be classified.
IS THE WARDROBE SERVICE REQUIRED?
(Service that vary according to the Covid19 regulations in force on the day of the event).
The WARDROBE service will be available for athletes participating in competitive events.
Use backpacks with the NECESSARY for running (spare clothing, spare shoes, towel, ...)
SUITCASES, LARGE BAGS, LARGE BACKPACKS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
DO NOT INSERT VALUABLE OBJECTS (The organization is not liable in the event of theft or aggravating circumstances)
IS THE REFRESHMENTS SERVICE PROVIDED?
(Services that vary according to the Covid19 regulations in force on the day of the event).
Distribution of water in closed 0.5l bottles (cap only loosened, to be thrown near the tables of the volunteers).
For the 21km, at the 15km refreshment point, mineral salts, energy bars and bananas will also be available.
Managed by volunteer personnel equipped with gloves and masks.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE TOILET SERVICES?
THE WC will be available in the start / finish area at the EXPO area.
Toilet toilets will be available in each refreshment area
Due to covid19 regulations, it will not be possible to use the SHOWER SERVICE.
IS THERE A HEALTH SERVICE AND A WITHDRAWAL SERVICE?
Along the way, assistance will be guaranteed according to the health plan structured by the Italian Red Cross.
For athletes who retire there are "broom" buses, which will accompany athletes in difficulty up to the finish area.
RANKINGS AND TIMING SERVICE
The timing service will be carried out by TDS - Time Data Service using disposable microchips.
The chip is strictly personal and cannot be entrusted to another athlete.
The intermediate times of each athlete will be recorded in several points of the course to guarantee the correct drafting of the rankings.
The rankings will be drawn up with the detection of times in gun time by TDS.
It will be possible to view the rankings on the official website of TDS at the end of the event.

I WOULD LIKE INFORMATION ABOUT AWARDS
The awards will take place on Sunday.
It will be possible to see the awards ceremony and the final stages of the finish from the WEST grandstand.

For the Dermasphere Giulietta & Romeo Half Marathon only and exclusively the categories will be awarded:
The first 6 Absolutes M / F
The first 6 Italian Absolutes M / F
For the Avesani Monument Run 10k
The first 3 classified M / F (prizes in kind)
- OFFICIAL AWARDS GAZEBO (entrance to the expo area)
From 11.00 AM to 1.00 AM the prizes of the Master categories for the Dermasphere Giulietta & Romeo Half Marathon will be awarded.
To collect the prize it will be sufficient to show a document to prove one's identity
Near the gazebo it will be possible to view the list of all the winners.
The prizes can only be collected at the time of the award ceremony.
In case of failure to collect the winners, neither written nor verbal communication will be given.
Undelivered prizes will not be shipped home.
Cash prizes will be paid exclusively by bank transfer or other traceable method, no cash payments are foreseen.
No cash prizes (or similar cases: generic value vouchers, bonuses, engagements, reimbursement of expenses any kind and for any reason) can be provided for athletes for holders of "Runcard" e "Runcard EPS".
WHAT CAN I DO IF I CANNOT PARTICIPATE?
In case of non-participation in the race, the registration fees will not be refundable.
However, two alternatives are offered to the athlete unable to participate in the race (only for competitive races):
transfer registration to the 2023 edition, upon payment of a supplement of € 10.00 for secretarial rights and upon written communication by April 17, 2022.
transfer registration to another person , upon payment of a supplement of € 10.00 for secretarial rights and upon notice by April 17, 2022.
The person registered in replacement must provide all personal information relating to the membership as if it were a new registration. A new bib number will be assigned and available.
In case of cancellation of the event due to COVID19 , all registrations will be transferred FREE of charge to the next edition of February 12, 2023.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE OFFICIAL ROUTE?

The route is fast, flat and on asphalted roads.
(In some points of the center it is possible to find small stretches of Sanpietrini)
The organization GAAC 2007 VERONAMARATHON, to allow the correct running of the events and the safety of all participants and staff, adapts to the covid19 regulations in force on the day of the event.
Below are the instructions to follow and the variations made to the event according to the regulations.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
To collect the bib, it is necessary to have the following documents:
REGULAR CONFIRMATION LETTER (printed)
GREEN PASS (based on current regulations)
WHEN SHOULD I WEAR THE MASK?
The mask must be worn in the Expo area and in the starting grids.
The mask can be removed alone after the first 500 meters from the start.
The mask must be kept tied on the arm or in the pocket, and then worn after the finish line. (Obligation not to throw away the mask after disqualification).
WHICH SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE?
Due to the pandemic, the organization follows the anticovid19 regulations to minimize the risk of crowding during the event.
